Our AGM will be held 29 February – All are welcome

Malahide Community Forum’s AGM will be held at 8pm on Monday 29 February 2016 in the Grand Hotel.

The AGM will be addressed by Paul Reid, the new Chief Executive of Fingal County Council. 

All residents are welcome to attend.  Voting is restricted to members of member residents’ associations or individual members.  Entry for non-members €5 per household, giving 2016 individual membership.

Tidy Towns – Congratulations on another Gold Medal for Malahide

Malahide has been awarded a Gold Medal in the Tidy Towns Competition 2015, continuing on last year’s success, and achieved an additional 3 points this year.

Free Computer Classes for Over 55’s – Students & Tutors Sought

Age Action is offering free beginner computer classes for the over 55’s in Malahide Library from Tuesday, 27th October until Tuesday, 17th November from 10.30am to 12.30pm.

The classes are for older people who have little or no computer experience (or for the absolutely terrified). The aim of the Getting Started programme is to introduce people to the basics of computers, internet and email. Continue reading
