The Forum acts on behalf of all the residents’ associations in Malahide that are members. If your residents’ association is not a member and you’d like to join, please email your request to the Honorary Secretary via our Contact Us page.
Malahide Community Forum Subscription Costs
Subscription costs are kept as low as possible and are due following the AGM each year (normally held in February / March). They are based on the number of houses in your residents’ association as follows:
€2.00 each for the first 50 houses
€1.50 each for the next 100 houses (up to 150)
€0.50 each for any houses over 150 (up to 500)
€0.25 each for any houses above 500
No Residents’ Association in your area but you’d like to join as an individual:
Individual households can join in their own right for a fee of just €5, which will ensure that you are kept up to date on all the community issues within Malahide. However, please note that the Forum is unable to take up planning or other issues on behalf of individuals.
