The DAA is currently progressing the North Runway at Dublin Airport. DAA has also commenced a parallel process to change two planning conditions attached to the delivery of the North Runway. As part of that process, they held a series of public consultation events in June and July to help inform a scoping process for an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS). The EIS will assess the impacts of the proposed changes on the environment.

Further information and consultation events are now being planned to provide an update on the EIS and to assist in selecting between emerging options for future flight paths.
