The AGM was held on February 26th with Residents from 25 estates (50% more than 2024), representing over 3000 households in Malahide, attending.

We had presentations from:
- Conor Skehan (representing a planner and resident’s view)
- Anthony Cooney, Fingal Chamber (representing the business view)
- The report of the Forum Chair and Committee
A summary message from all the presentations was clear. There is a need for a joined up plan to address infrastructure deficits, services to meet the needs of the growing and changing demographic and the visible risk of deterioration and decline in the village (Town) of Malahide.
